Economic losses: production value decreased in some areas from manditory cleaned and frozen crab and goeduck. Direct loss of subsistence and personal use of bivalve and Dungeness crab.

Additional harmful effect information: loss of 100,000 murres due to starvation likely a result of the PSTs and DA eliminating zooplankton and disrupting the food web.
