Additional bloom information: Coccolithophorid sp was co-occuring dominant species. Large coccolithophorid bloom was seen offshore Vancouver Island and in some inlets (May to July). Only mortalities reported were farmed fish from some sites in central to northern Clayoquot Sound, where Chrysochromulina species co-occurred with coccolithophorids.
