Additional location information:	Bloom was seen in most major inlets on the west coast of Vancouver Island from the last week in July to the first week in August. Major effects seen in Clayoquot Sound July 21-24, Esaperanza Inlet July 28-31, Kyuquot Sound August 8th, and Quatsino Sound August 5-7. Mortalities reported from all but Quatsino Sound, but Esperanza worst hit.
